Gain the Culture Advantage. Outperform and Reignite the passion to lead, serve and care for others.
The Interactive Quality Difference
Our expertise is healthcare culture that drives patient experience and patient safety – We understand the complexity of healthcare and the cultural drivers of the patient experience, patient safety and organizational performance. We build leadership capacity to drive accountability and collaboration to improve patient care. Other consulting firms focus on the processes and expect the culture to follow. We actively address both the processes and the culture.
Benefits of our method include faster results, less drain on leader’s time and sustainability.
1. Faster Results – Get Results in as little as 18 months. Through our proprietary process we actively address culture at the same time we drive achievement of targeted objectives – change occurs faster and is sustainable.
2. Less Drain on Formal Leaders’ Time – Because we show leaders how to drive true ownership at the frontline and create cultures that promote collaboration, formal leaders spend less time monitoring compliance and can invest time in higher return activities.
3. Sustainable and Replicable – Our framework increases leadership capability throughout your organization. We show leaders how to develop highly accountable cultures and drive collaboration. These skills are embedded in the organization, enabling leaders at every level to sustain and replicate successes.
