Beth Guyton
President

Beth Guyton is a Master’s prepared Industrial and Organizational Psychologist with a passion for developing leaders and creating positive, productive work environments in which both individuals and the organization flourish. Her expertise includes leadership coaching, leadership development, ethical leadership, resiliency, mindfulness, fostering accountability, performance management, and enhancing engagement and retention.

Beth is founder and president of Interactive Quality, a unique consulting firm that has worked with hospitals for over a decade to enhance the people piece of performance. As an extension of this work, she has created the Resiliency Well to support individual well-being and corporate initiatives to embed mindfulness into their organization through leadership development and organizational strategy.

She holds a Masters of Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology form George Mason University and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Journalism from LSU’s Manship School of Mass Communication. She is a Certified Executive Coach, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, Certified Mindfulness Facilitator, Certified Workplace Mindfulness Strategist, Six Sigma Green Belt, and a trained mediator.

Mark L Diana, MBA, MSIS, PHD
Chief Analytics Officer

Dr. Diana serves as Chief Analytics Officer for Interactive Quality® overseeing its Ethic Wise™ database design and analytics.  Dr. Diana is an Associate Professor in the Health Systems Management & Policy section of the Department of Global Health Systems Management & Development Policy at Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.  Dr. Diana earned his PhD in Health Services Organizations and Research as well as his Master of Science in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.  He received his MBA with a Graduate Certificate in Health Care Management from Shenandoah University.  Dr. Diana has worked with various grants and initiatives to advance patient safety and quality of care through the use of health information technology.  As primary author of numerous grant applications, he secured more than 16 million dollars for the Louisiana Health Care Quality Forum (LHCQF) to research and advance the use of health information technology.

CATHERINE QUEBODEAUX
Vice President of Operations and Consulting Services

Catherine Quebodeaux is Vice President of Operations and Consulting Services for Interactive Quality®. She brings a wealth of operational and performance management expertise to her role. Catherine’s leadership experience includes director and executive level hospital positions. She has over a decade of healthcare experience marked by outstanding leadership resulting in exceptional employee engagement and retention. She is passionate about creating performance driven cultures that deliver results.  Catherine received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Dietetics and Institutional Administration and now holds a Master of Business Administration.

JANE MUNGER
Senior Consultant

Jane Munger is a Senior Consultant with Interactive Quality®. She is an accomplished Executive Nurse Leader with expertise in Quality, Risk Management, Infection Prevention and Medical Staff/Hospital Services. Jane fosters successful team dynamics and drives results by engaging all stakeholders.

She excels at collaborating with physicians to develop and refine improved systems of care. She is passionate about patient safety and quality of care. Jane successfully involves frontline staff in strategies to improve outcomes and enhance the patient experience. Jane Munger is a Registered Nurse and holds a Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health Nursing.
