Beth Guyton
President

Beth Guyton is founder and President of Interactive Quality®, a consulting firm dedicated to helping leaders "get it done."  Our strategic approach and scientific method enable IQ to customize our services creating the greatest value for our clients. 

We deliver measurable outcomes enabling organizations to track ROI on leadership coaching and realize sustainable results through genuine leadership growth.

Beth is a certified Executive Coach, Professional in Healthcare Quality, Six Sigma Green Belt, and trained mediator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from LSU’s Manship School of Journalism and has over 25 years of experience in healthcare. She is Past-President of the Texas Association for Healthcare Quality and is a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the American Society for Quality.

Hebert Frederick, MBA
Chief Operating Officer

Hebert Frederick is Chief Operation Officer at Interactive Quality®.  His experience includes executive leadership, strategic planning, organizational change management, team building, group and individual instruction, process improvement, fiscal oversight, operations management, and compliance.  Hebert is a former U.S. Navy Officer who has led organizations from the regional level to tactical teams in the execution of dynamic tasks.  He has a proven ability to evaluate an organization’s culture and focus its team’s actions to achieve strategic business objectives across all levels of the organization.  Hebert earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans in 2000 and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College in 2012.

EMILY HARRIS, MHA
Vice President ,Client Services

Emily Harris is a Vice President of Client Services at Interactive Quality®.  Her experience includes strategic planning, business development, analytics, revenue cycle, operations management, and compliance.  Emily’s past work as a healthcare executive focused on producing results among interdisciplinary teams to support organizational objectives, and engaging physician leadership to drive the strategic growth and address operational needs of subspecialty practices.  Emily earned her Master of Health Administration from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in 2013, and is an active alumna of the program.

JANE MUNGER, MSN, RN
Senior Consultant

Jane Munger is a Senior Consultant with Interactive Quality®. She is an accomplished Executive Nurse Leader with expertise in Quality, Risk Management, Infection Prevention and Medical Staff/Hospital Services. Jane fosters successful team dynamics and drives results by engaging all stakeholders.

She excels at collaborating with physicians to develop and refine improved systems of care. She is passionate about patient safety and quality of care. Jane successfully involves frontline staff in strategies to improve outcomes and enhance the patient experience. Jane Munger is a Registered Nurse and holds a Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health Nursing.

KELLY SHIPLEY, RHIA
Senior Consultant

Kelly Shipley is a Senior Consultant at Interactive Quality® who is passionate about patient and family centered care strategy design and implementation.  She excels at engaging patients in collaborating with healthcare organizations to improve healthcare outcomes and processes. 

Kelly is a Registered Health Information Administrator whose career spans the hospital and outpatient settings with extensive experience in end-stage renal care.  Her expertise includes patient safety, quality, health informatics, medical staff review and professional performance evaluation, hospital quality improvement, and regulatory and accreditation functions. 

As Quality Director for one of the nation’s largest end-stage renal disease quality improvement organizations, her responsibilities included administering the CMS contract for quality and safety oversight for more than 600 end-stage renal disease facilities in Texas.  She is Past-President of the North Texas Association of Healthcare Quality and is a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality.

WALISA SATCHER, MPA
Senior Consultant

WaLisa Davenport Satcher is a Senior Consultant for Interactive Quality®. Her professional experience encompasses C-level positions in Investment Banking, Human Resources, Public Relations, and Corporate Administration.  WaLisa has worked with both publicly-traded and privately held companies with an active participation in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), SEC and corporate compliance in addition to appointments as the Corporate Spokesperson and Global Contributor to the healthcare and biotech media, investors, analysts and the general public-at-large. Over the past 15 years, she has developed a keen focus and dedication within the healthcare sector and actively serves as an executive advisor and board member to several for-profit and non-profit health care organizations. WaLisa received a B.S. in Public Health Administration from Dillard University and a M.P.A. in Healthcare Administration from The Graduate School at Southern University.
